For example, anodizing has a higher cost but stable effects, while spraying has a lower cost but requires attention to environmental protection issues. When choosing a process, enterprises should combine product positioning and budget to balance the relationship between quality and cost.

With increasingly strict environmental protection regulations, many traditional electroplating processes are restricted due to the presence of heavy metals or the generation of toxic wastewater. Therefore, more and more enterprises tend to adopt green processing technologies such as environmentally friendly water-based coatings, chromium-free passivation, and powder coating.
