In modern industrial automation systems, hydraulic servo control technology is widely used in high-precision, high-speed control applications. As a key component of the hydraulic servo control system, the surface quality of the internal flow channels of servo-driven slide valves directly affects the response speed, working stability, and service life of the system. Therefore, research on high-efficiency and precise polishing processes for servo slide valve plate flow channels is of great significance.

Servo slide valves are usually composed of high-precision sheet metal parts, with complex internal cavity flow channel structures, narrow spaces, and variable surfaces. Traditional manual polishing methods are difficult to meet the requirements of high quality and consistency, and are inefficient and labor-intensive. With the development of manufacturing technology, the polishing of servo-driven valve plate flow channels is gradually developing towards automation and intelligence.

Currently, common polishing processes include mechanical polishing, electrochemical polishing, and magnetic grinding, etc. Among them, mechanical polishing is suitable for medium precision requirements and is performed through specialized miniature grinding heads or flexible shafts under the control of numerical control equipment; electrochemical polishing is suitable for the treatment of complex surfaces and small diameter holes, with the advantages of non-contact and small surface stress, but it has higher requirements for material types and electrolyte control; magnetic grinding utilizes the magnetic field to drive the abrasive to polish the workpiece, which is particularly suitable for internal walls and difficult-to-reach areas, with good consistency and efficiency.Polishing process of servo-driven valve plate flow channels(图1)

In recent years, with the advancement of robotics and servo control technology, servo automatic polishing systems have begun to be applied in the processing of slide valve flow channels. The system controls the polishing path, force, and time through programming, and combines multi-axis linkage to achieve precise processing of complex channels. At the same time, the system can integrate sensors and visual recognition technology to monitor the polishing status in real-time, ensuring stable and controllable surface quality.

In addition, the selection of polishing tools and abrasives is also crucial for different materials and process requirements. For example, stainless steel materials are suitable for using alumina or silicon carbide abrasives, while aluminum alloys can choose finer diamond tools to avoid surface scratches. Reasonable setting of process parameters, such as speed, feed rate, and cooling lubrication methods, is also a key factor affecting the polishing effect.

In summary, the polishing process of servo-driven valve plate flow channels is developing towards high precision, high efficiency, and automation. By reasonably selecting polishing methods, optimizing process parameters, and introducing intelligent control technology, it can not only significantly improve the surface quality and consistency of products, but also improve production efficiency and reduce labor costs. In the future, with the development of intelligent manufacturing and Industry 4.0, this process will play a more important role in aerospace, robotics, precision machine tools, and other fields.Polishing process of servo-driven valve plate flow channels(图2)
